| Dear Todd,
It seems that reports of bullying are everywhere you turn lately. Stories of young teenagers being subjected to the behavior of bullies has ignited a national consciousness. But bullying isn't confined to schools and teenagers. It's also a major issue in today's workforce.
In a recent study, more than 40% of respondents reported experiencing psychological aggression at work in the past year (representing nearly 50 million workers).
In this month's issue of The X-Factor, we'll share tips for identifying workforce bullying issues, so you can take steps to create a more positive, productive workplace.
And if you need help finding new talent for your organization, call me at 619-579-0442. I'd be happy to meet with you to assess your needs and help you assemble a productive team.
